The year is 1964. After the Second World War and his conflict with Japanese Lieutenant Colonel Benjiro Ito, British Royal Air Force Wing Commander James Wright now resides in Hong Kong alongside his Filipino wife, Theresa (the nurse from the first film).
But soon, a ruthless Triad Mob threatens their home, led by their Japanese boss, Endo, Ito’s former captain, who avoided justice after WWII (having been granted amnesty). With the help of friends, old and new, Wright finds himself fighting to protect himself and others.
