Lock-Up is a fictional character created by Paul Dini, and appeared for the first time in the 17th. episode of the second season of Batman: The Animated Series. He was a very violent and abusive guard of Arkham Asylum. He was fired due to his treatment to the inmates. After being fired, he decided to become a vigilante, one more aggressive and intimidating than the Batman himself.
