Sentenced to the Phantom Zone alongside Quex-Ul by Jor-El and Vond-Ah - and freed by Cyborg Superman, she becomes the new Ursa - replete with the bizarre fascination with authoritative-appearing badges and is also driven by Faora/Ursa's "perversions and unreasoning hatred of all mankind."
