Tigra was a noble born that Heggra highly approved of. She had intended Uxus to marry Tigra which she was quite open to as she was quite enamored with the prince of Apokolips. But when Heggra told her of Suli she poisoned Uxus’s lover. When Uxus was caged she would visit him everyday saying if he would love her she’d release him. Uxus strongly declines every time.
