The story takes place in year 2 of clark being superman with lois and his mom and dad all knowing he's superman. Even tho there is a group of people who still be leave super man is evil they call them selfs anti-aliens. Most of Metropolis loves him after beating lex luther and putting him in jail. But then one day a group of masked aliens are attacking popular figures in Metropolis to get the attention of Superman. once they get his attention it turns out that it's Brainiac who's been controlling them to get his attention. As he's plan is to get revenge against superman for what the kryptonian's did to his home planet and since krypton is no longer a planet he decides to take over earth and start his new world on earth. While this is going on earth this will cause a problem on if they can trust aliens like Superman witch leads the Metropolis police to put a warrant for the arrest of superman as they assume him and Brainiac are working together. While this going on he has to still balance his life as clark kent as he spends time with family and keep his job at the daily planet and his love life with lois.
