Fan Casting Silver Banshee in Superman IV: Meta Mayhem (1999)

Siobhan McDougal, also known as Silver Banshee, is the tertiary antagonist of Superman IV: Meta Mayhem. Siobhan was born into a clan where the first-born inherits banshee powers. After being sent to the Underworld during a failed ritual, she returned as the Silver Banshee with a sonic scream capable of killing anyone whose name she knows. For this, she is recruited by S.T.A.R. Labs for Project Cadmus.
