Fan Casting Parasite in Superman IV: Meta Mayhem (1999)

Rudy Jones, also known as Parasite, is one of the three secondary antagonists of Superman IV: Meta Mayhem. Formerly a janitor for S.T.A.R. Labs, he was transformed by a radioactive accident into a being with the unquenchable need to absorb life energy, superpowers, and knowledge from others through physical contact. Thus, he is made a prime candidate for Project Cadmus and thus also an enemy for Superman.
