Character Description

Alexander Joseph "Lex" Luthor is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Amanda Waller) of Superman IV: Meta Mayhem. He is a scientific genius and the billionaire CEO of LexCorp as well as the arch-nemesis of Superman. Because of this, he and Amanda Waller found Project Cadmus which results in the creations of Livewire, Parasite and a deformed clone of Superman known as Bizzaro.
