As Clark Kent, or more well known as Superman, alongside his cousin Supergirl, continues his duties as protector of Metropolis and the world, while working as a journalist for the Daily Planet, a new threat ascends from the sky in the form of the sadistic supercomputer system B.R.A.I.N.I.A.C, which is revealed to be the cause of Krypton's destruction and now seeks to wipe out all species in the universe in order to take it for his own.
Alongside him is an infamous foul-mouthed bounty hunter named Lobo, who has a personal history with Supergirl. Now, both Superman and Supergirl must stop these two and save both Earth and the entire universe before it’s too late.
