With Superman's presence on earth being seen as more of a threat , the government enlists both Lex Luthor & Amanda Waller as the head's of Project Cadmus : a secret organisation that specialises in bio-enginering Meta Humans. Superman & Supergirl must battle some of Project Cadmus deadliest creations such as Livewire , Parasite and a deformed clone of Superman known as Bizzaro.
