Except he'd be green of course. Has his ship appear in the skies over Washington DC. Claims initially that he only wishes to study Earth and it's "wildlife". Will not attack unless they agree to his terms. He will be allowed to collect specimens and various other things and in return he won't "preserve" the city and it's inhabitants? I guess you could say there's a double meaning but perhaps the President plays coy until they can get a plan together?
