After working as an public hero for 2 years, Superman faces a new threat after city of Metropolis grants Lexcorp legal right to detain and capture criminal metahumans and tries everything in his power to be able to capture Superman and make his anti-metahuman task force nationwide, no matter the coast. Superman and his allies, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen try to find a way to bring Lex Luthor down, all while Superman dealing with his job and mental toll it takes on him.
