Fan Casting Alura In-Ze in Superman 4

After Superman defeats Brainiac, Kandor is unbottled on Earth, its citizens led by Alura In-Ze and Zor-El, Kara's parents. After reuniting with Kara, Zor-El tries his hardest to integrate Kandor into Earth society, but Alura believes it is a lost cause. She will not compromise Kryptonian culture for integration. She stands by her beliefs even stronger after a group of Earth military forces arrive at Kandor, seeing them as illegal immigrants, and the struggle ends with a number of Kryptonians being killed. When the real Brainiac attacks, Alura and the Kryptonians fight with Kal-El and protect Earth, but they agree that the best would be for them to live separated from Earth's citizens.
