This show would follow Clark Kent's rise as Superman. The show would be split, one storyline follows Clark when he makes his first public appearance as Superman and the immediate fallout while the other story follows Clark through his childhood, his Smallville friends, his time at Metropolis State University, his time traveling around the world to learn about his powers and heritage, and finally his discovery of his Kryptonian heritage. Along the way, he would meet various characters and face off with several villains. We'd have episodes that focus with his relationship with Lana Lang and Pete Ross; some with his early time with Lex Luthor in Smallville; his time at MSU where he meets characters like Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, John Irons, Jefferson Pierce, and Lori Lamaris. Season one would also have him facing off with villains like the Machinist, Metallo, and Parasite.
