Fan Casting Bizarro in Superman 3: Public Enemy

Albeit a rather disfigured version which Luthor has created using the blood of Ultraman after his battle with Superman, recovered during the reconstruction of Metropolis. Lex of Earth 1 would have been observing the fight from afar and able to determine locations that perhaps provided samples. Idea is that he would create this clone and use it to discredit Superman as he would have given him a suit and doctored footage to show the public.
