Character Description

Tom Wicker, a cop and brother of Lou Wicker from Olympus City is transferred to the CCPD at Chrysler City. He moved away to do some detective work in Olympus City as he wanted to help people after also learning that his brother was The vigilante known as The Black Ninja. He returns to help his brother and solve crime in the Chrysler City.
