(First appeared in 1963 #3 in 1993 and was created by Alan Moore and Rick Veitch). USA (Ultimate Special Agent) is a homage to the Silver Age Captain America. He was active since the 1920s, but managed to maintain a youthful appearance due to a substance called Vitamin Omega. He was a member of the Victory Vanguard in the 1940s and a member of the Tomorrow Syndicate. He saved John F. Kennedy from being assassinated in 1963.
