Supergirl grew up on a destroyed chunk of Krypton, where she watched everyone around her die slowly, in contrast to her cousin Kal-El. As a teen, she was sent to earth after realizing that that chunk of Krypton was now longer sustainable. Now she sees no real point to her life, even after arriving on earth. But all that changes when an alien girl seeks her out to help her take revenge on the villains who destroyed her world.
