Master Hand has seen the failures of the likes of Chaos, Vortech, and Galactus and decides to assemble a team of previous villains from the Animated Gamerverse, as well as the Stardroids, a group of robots who are based around the planets with a singular goal; to destroy everything. Now the Smash Bros must reunite, with new allies, and some old foes, to prevent this group from destroying everyone and thing via unleashing the insane Crazy Hand.
