Bowser was also sucked up by the portal back in the Mushroom Kingdom from Mario's world, and set himself on a quest to find whoever did this and destroy them. Then he took notice of the Fellowship of Smash, and then came to them. But Mario told everyone to attack him because he's an enemy on his world. It was a hard battle, and only Sonic was left standing, but Bowser said he did not come to fight them (says the guy who broke a couple of the guys' bones). He wants to join them. Most of the team agreed due to his strength and abilities, and Mario, DK and Yoshi were the least popular vote.
