In the spectacular sequel to Mario Meets Koopzilla, Kooky von Koopa conducts a formula from mushrooms, invincible starmen, and hot chilli that transforms King Koopa back into Koopzilla again. He begins stomping through Dome City, crushing stone huts, squishing cave patrols, and breathing fire. All the dinosaurs bend into his will as Koopzila becomes the false King of the Dinosaurs. Princess Toadstool, Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi try to stop him, but all their usual tricks, Fire Flowers, Cape Feathers, even the Starman barely faze him. Their last chance lies in the same formula that turned him huge, Yoshi eats the formula and grows huge as well as a pair of wings, Mario, Luigi, and Princess Toadstool help the cave-people assemble a giant guardian made of bark, vines, and stone, and Toad and Oogtar work to bring an antidote to Koopzilla. The double tag-team of Super Mega Mariotron and Yoshisaurus Rex against Koopzilla begins!
