When Bowser's castle is destroyed by a gigantic sentient sword, hoards of weird enemies soon plague the Mushroom World. Bowser turns to Mario and Princess Peach for help, who are soon aided by two new allies; the misfit frog Mallow, and the mysterious, brooding wooden warrior Geno. Can they put a stop to Smithy's interdimensional plans?
