Millie Bonnie Bongiovi (born 19 February 2004), a British actress, is professionally known as Millie Bobby Brown. She gained recognition for playing Eleven in the Netflix science fiction series Stranger Things (2016–2025), for which she received nominations for two Primetime Emmy Awards. Brown has starred in the monster film Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) and its sequel Godzilla vs. Kong (2021). She also starred in and produced the Netflix films Enola Holmes (2020), Enola Holmes 2 (2022), and Damsel (2024). In 2018, Brown was featured in the Time 100 list of the world's most influential people and appointed a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, the youngest person ever selected for this position.
The year is 1988, one year post war in Hawkins, Indiana. The small town is slowly rebuilding itself with the help of two neighboring towns. Eleven, Dustin, Lucas, Mike, Will, and Max have all moved to San Rior, Indiana one of those two neighboring towns. They are learning to cope with everything going on, especially with Max still in the hospital. Around this time, everyone started acting.. different. Nobody is the same after what had happened. The older kids moved out on their own, leaving the younger ones to fend for themselves. Eleven had been hit the hardest. She has to cope with the murder of several people, a break-up, and the loss of her best friend, Max, who is still in a coma. She is still in school, being raised by both Hopper and Joyce. Even with the support of all her friends, she's still been different. She only talks when necessary and hides in her room a ton.
