Raffey Camomile Cassidy (born November 12, 2001) is a British actress. She first appeared as a child actress in the television movie Spanish Flu: The Forgotten Fallen (2009), adding her first brief film role in Dark Shadows (2012), her first main cast television role in 32 Brinkburn Street (2011), and main cast film role in Tomorrowland (2015). She followed this with a dual role in director Brady Corbet's Vox Lux (2018) and her first top billing in The Other Lamb (2019). She had a supporting role in the 2024 drama film The Brutalist, also directed by Corbet—which won the prestigious Silver Lion at the 81st Venice International Film Festival. The year is 1988, one year post war in Hawkins, Indiana. The small town is slowly rebuilding itself with the help of two neighboring towns. Eleven, Dustin, Lucas, Mike, Will, and Max have all moved to San Rior, Indiana one of those two neighboring towns. They are learning to cope with everything going on, especially with Max still in the hospital. Around this time, everyone started acting.. different. Nobody is the same after what had happened. The older kids moved out on their own, leaving the younger ones to fend for themselves. Eleven had been hit the hardest. She has to cope with the murder of several people, a break-up, and the loss of her best friend, Max, who is still in a coma. She is still in school, being raised by both Hopper and Joyce. Even with the support of all her friends, she's still been different. She only talks when necessary and hides in her room a ton.
