SUNDOWN PROTOCOL
Every Lunar New Year, in select cities across the Pacific Rim diaspora, a hidden ritual briefly opens a spiritual gateway. Most people celebrate with lanterns and fireworks. But some families know the truth: The Hungry Court returns. Ancient spirits from forgotten dynasties cross over — not to haunt — but to reclaim artifacts stolen from them centuries ago. This year… someone plans to steal from the spirits first.
