Amanda Waller has been working to recrute people for her Anti Superman task force so she calls on some of the most dangerous villains out there. Deadshot, Blackguard, Bloodsport, King Shark, Peacemaker, and Harley Quinn. She sends them out to find a girl named Tastu Yamashiro. Meanwhile the Joker has broken out and is ready to cause havoc in order to win Harley back so that he can just put her in a cycle of abuse again.
