Clifford Chapin was born on January 29, 1988 as Clifford Samuel Chapin IV. He is known for his work on Attack on Titan (2013), Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion (1997) and My Hero Academia (2016).
Task Force X Code Name Suicide Squad, was an old agency that operated during the Cold War from 1954-1992 and was now reactivated by Amanda “The Wall” Waller as a way for the government to have it's own task force with two benefits. Criminals would be given the chance to work off prison sentences in exchange for freedoms and amnesty. But they call it the Suicide Squad due to its infamous reputation.
