Using his new power, he takes over the secret terrorist organization Basilisk and dubs himself Regulus. Waller dispatches Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, Killer Frost, Bronze Tiger, Copperhead, Count Vertigo, and King Shark to stop Regulus at any cost, as long as their operations are conducted in secret.
