Amanda Waller sends a squad to the Caribbean communist Island nation of Santa Prisca to extract a deep-cover asset. Things go awry when a terrorist cult known as the Cult of Cobra takes over the country to control the supply of the drug Venom. It's up to the squad to complete the mission.
