Task Force X, a black-ops team of dangerous criminals led by Rick Flag and overseen by Amanda Waller, is assembled for a deadly mission. The team consists of Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Killer Croc, Captain Boomerang, Killer Frost, Bronze Tiger, and Black Spider. Each member is offered reduced sentences in exchange for neutralizing a rogue android named Amazo, a creation of Dr. Ivo originally intended as a powerful weapon under Waller’s control. However, Amazo has gained sentience, absorbing the powers of any metahuman he encounters. The squad is sent into a chaotic urban battleground where Amazo is wreaking havoc. As the team faces internal tensions and mistrust, they must learn to work together against a seemingly invincible foe. Amazo mirrors their powers, forcing them to rely on their wits and strategy. Throughout the mission, the squad becomes increasingly suspicious of Waller’s manipulative tactics. Flag remains unaware of her true motives, leading to a growing rift between him and the team. Despite their differences, the group unites in the climactic battle against Amazo, but the victory comes with losses that leave the survivors shaken. Post Credits: Amanda Waller, always one step ahead, discusses future missions with a mysterious figure, hinting at new threats and the squad’s potential expansion.
