Ariela Barer is an American actress and filmmaker. She is best known for co-writing, starring, and producing the 2023 ecological thriller How to Blow Up a Pipeline, based on the Andreas Malm non-fiction book of the same name.
The series centers on the Roy family, the owners of Waystar RoyCo, a global media and entertainment conglomerate, who are fighting for control of the company amid uncertainty about the health of the family's patriarch, Logan Roy.
