Deriving energy from eating land, they can not travel over large bodies of water. Consistent factors of a Neuroi are a black crystalline surface shell in a hexagonal, honeycomb structure like a beehive or turtle shell and glowing red crystal dodecahedron regenerating core. Unable to be hit by conventional ground, air or sea weapons due to regeneration, Neuroi can be identified and destroyed by three major classes any unit is - Recon, Attack and Siege. The unpredictability has them between beast and machine.
