Fan Casting Dr. Senoh in Street Fighter II

Having survived the final battle between the Street Fighters and Shadowlaw's forces, Dr. Senoh escaped with Vega to what remained the last of Shadowlaw's forces - S.I.N. Rebuilding what was left of Vega's scarred body and turning on Seth, Dr. Senoh watched as Seth and Juri took control of S.I.N. and acted as their chief scientist just like he had done with Shadowlaw. With his new task of building Seth's physical form, Senoh's allegiance lies with what he believes to be the future of humanity's evolution.
