Eduardo da Silva Carvalho, better known by his stage name Eduardo Dascar, is a Brazilian actor and voice actor, who has participated in several feature films, soap operas and series. Among the best known was his voice acting in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as Billy Cranston, played by David Yost.
