Luz Victoria was born as Luz Victoria Yamawaki in Okinawa Prefecture and raised in Jakarta to an Japanese father from Okinawa,Japan and an Indonesian mother of Sundanese and Cantonese descent from Bandung. Luz Victoria is of Japanese-Sundanese-Cantonese descent.
