Caleb Reginald McLaughlin (born October 13, 2001) is an American actor. He gained international recognition playing Lucas Sinclair in the Netflix series Stranger Things (2016–2025). He began his career playing young Simba in the Broadway musical The Lion King, and then had small roles in television. After finding success in Stranger Things, he appeared in the drama films High Flying Bird (2019) and Concrete Cowboy (2020), the latter being his first lead role in a feature film. He was also in the miniseries The New Edition Story (2017) and has had several television voice-over roles. In an alternate timeline where the events of 1986 take place, Will and Eleven visit Hawkins on vacation, missing their friends Dustin, Lucas, Max, and Mike. But while Joyce and Murray discover that Hopper is still alive and go to Russia, our protagonists would have to face a terrifying being that came from far away when the portal to the Upside Down was opened by the events of 1984 and 1985. Jane, without realizing it, while trying to find out if Hopper was still alive, ended up causing a being worse than the creatures of the Upside Down to come, a Lovecraftian being who lived in Derry, Maine, known as Mr. Baldo. (an alternate timeline where Pennywise appears instead of Vecna)
