She is a two-time Grammy Award winner for her "We Found Love" and "Formation" music videos. She has directed over 60 music videos for artists including: Beyoncé, Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Whitney Houston and Lady Gaga. Her work in television includes directing episodes of Issa Rae’s HBO Series “Insecure” and “Master of None” on Netflix.
