About 6 months, after the events of Death: Straight Up, Luigi is drowned in his own sorrows, after the horrific events of the infamous Blue Shell Incident in Zanzibar Island. But after learning that his dear brother, Mario, is still alive and has a dreadful plan on his sleeve, he has to team up with an assassin duck, named Duck, in order to stop Mario from killing someone. (In the post credits scene, like the video that this is adapting from, shows the assassinator, Garfield, calling the true culprit, Scatman John)
