Fan Casting Poseidon in Steven S. DeKnight's God of War

The God of the Sea, brother of Zeus and Hades. When a blasphemous merchant captain curses his name, Poseidon responds not with rage but lazy cruelty—sending the Hydra to destroy the entire fleet. Later, in Hades, he appears as an invisible giant hand grasping Kratos, his voice crackling: "They are MINE." He does not hate Kratos. He simply owns what Kratos wants. He is ancient, predatory, and utterly indifferent.
