Fan Casting Athena in Steven S. DeKnight's God of War

The Goddess of Wisdom and War. She first appears as a severe, auburn-haired warrior-priestess defending Athens from Ares' hordes. As the Oracle, she guides Kratos toward Pandora's Box, the only weapon that can kill a god. In a final revelation, she reveals herself as Athena—cold, calculating, and greatly pleased with Kratos. She offers him godhood and her hand, but his answer is to walk away.
