Fan Casting Kim Jong Moon in Last Action Villains(working title)

Kim Jong Moon is a colonel in the Korean People's Army, an ardent follower of Juche and the Kim family (he himself is not from their family). During the day, he is an ardent communist, hates everything foreign (especially American and South Korean), lives like the people and serves the people and the state, at night he throws parties, drives expensive supercars, watches foreign films, listens to foreign music, vacations abroad, plays video games, etc. Eats dogs every day (ugh, horrible:().
