Roxanne is the film's main character. While driving with her boyfriend, Brendan, through Oklahoma, her boyfriend disappears, and she tries to find him, only to find a farmhouse. Inside, she encounters the resident cannibal butcher, who imprisons her in his house. Roxxane must save herself, while also finding the remaining survivors locked in cages to be prepared for slaughter and consumption, saving their lives. Ultimately, Roxanne manages to escape the house, but faints, while begging a stranger for help as she begins to spit blood and a parasite emerges from her mouth.
