Brendan is Roxanne's boyfriend. He was driving through Oklahoma with her, and Brendan had to stop to empty his bladder. During this, he was knocked unconscious and abducted by the Butcher, who took him to his house. He is later seen tied to a chair in the basement as the Butcher disembowels him with a chainsaw, much to the horror of Roxanne, who was watching while hiding in an air vent.
