Although she was killed at the end of the war between The Galactic Federation of Free Alliances and Darth Plagueis's Sith Empire, Rey Palpatine-Solo casted the essence of her grandfather out of her mind in her final moments and became one with the Force, taking Darth Sidious's spirit to Chaos, where he would remain there for all of eternity, while Rey would get to visit her husband Ben Solo, as well as her son Anakin, in order to give him guidance during his Jedi training every once in a while.
