Rahm Kota was a respected Jedi General in the Clone Wars and dismissed the use of Clone Troopers as he relied on his type of Militia troops which spared him from Order 66. After the rise of the Empire, General Kota emerged from hiding as he and his militia attacked Imperial targets including a Tie Fighter construction shipyard on Nar Shadaa.
