Michael Culver (16 June 1938 – 27 February 2024) was an English actor. He was born in Hampstead, London, the son of actor Roland Culver and casting director Daphne Rye. He was educated at Gresham's School.
The menacing Sith Lord Darth Vader trains his secret apprentice in the ways of the dark side of the force after discovering him as a child on the Wookiee planet of Kashyyyk. Later Starkiller redeems himself as a Jedi to his master, Rahm Kota and the founding members of the Rebel Alliance.
