Kovak is a deeply philosophical and intellectual member of the council, obsessed with the concept of balance in the Force. He constantly debates the meaning of light and dark, often trying to rationalize the Wraith’s vision to the others in the council. Kovak believes that the galaxy’s true harmony can only be achieved through the destruction of both the Jedi and the Sith, and he uses his vast knowledge of Force philosophy to justify the Cult’s actions.
