Tsuguo Mogami (最上 嗣生, Mogami Tsuguo) is a Japanese male voice actor and narrator from Saitama Prefecture, Japan. After working at Katsuta Voice actor school, he affiliated with Ken Production. His former name was Tsuguo Nakajima (中島 嗣生, Nakajima Tsuguo).
After the events of the Lylat Wars, Peppy wants to introduce Falco to his daughter Lucy when they get to Corneria, but the two get into a fight which causes Peppy to kick Falco out. Later Peppy regrets his decision and tries to look for Falco. Meanwhile Lucy finds herself living with rather rude family members from her mother’s side. Meanwhile, Fox enters Slippy into a robotics tournament to get some extra cash.
