Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (ひぐらしのなく頃に, When the Cicadas Cry) is the first opening theme for the 2006 Higurashi no Naku Koro ni anime and the ending theme for the first episode of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Gō. It is sung by Eiko Shimamiya.
