Peppy's daughter from his first marriage and Chip's older half-sister. Lucy doesn't know what to think about her father hiding his second relationship and Chip from her for so long, or the fact that Fox is apparently her step-brother now, or... Everything, really. She's conflicted and distant towards Chip at first, but she also sympathizes with all the pain they feel. She understands them better than they think, and as she comes to sort out her own feelings on all these family secrets, she comes to bond with her younger half-sibling. The two become surprisingly close, and Chip holds a respect for Lucy that they do for few. In turn, Lucy cares deeply for her kid half-sibling; the two happily rib and riff with each other, and also playfully bully Fox relentlessly, that part's important too.
